Marianne is a dedicated educator on a mission to help people and organisations thrive. With a degree in Psychology and a PGCE qualification, she has built a rich career in teaching and training. Her goal is clear: to guide teams and individuals to unlock their full potential through well‑crafted learning experiences.

As a qualified teacher with 18 years of experience, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from schools and colleges to prisons and freelance training. I am Marianne Mills, founder of 2M Training, and I offer a unique blend of expertise in both teaching and psychology. I hold a degree in Psychology and a PGCE qualification. My background allows me to not only guide you through practical skills like lesson planning, but also provide insight into the psychology of human behavior and how people learn, ensuring your programs are truly effective.

Assessor Qualifications: As an approved Highfield Centre, I can help your team members gain the necessary qualifications to become certified assessors. My programs, based on the TAQA units, ensure a deep understanding of assessment principles and practices.
Neurodiversity Training & Support: I provide a "troubleshooting" service for managers and team members to address issues that arise from neurodivergent conditions. I work with both parties for as many sessions as needed to create a more inclusive and productive environment.
Safeguarding Training: I offer essential safeguarding training to ensure your staff are equipped with the knowledge to protect individuals and vulnerable people from harm.
Bespoke Training & CPD: In addition to my core offerings, I provide a variety of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for trainers, as well as bespoke training tailored specifically to your company's needs.
